Payment, delivery and returns


Normally, I take payment through PayPal but when I make contact on your order, different details can be discussed.


Normal processing time is within 5 working days. All my pieces of work and each bauble comes packed in it’s own box for safe keeping. Postage charges in the U.K. are, up to 2 items, £3.95. For larger quantities and for overseas items, please contact me direct for a quote. If you have any queries regarding purchase, payment or products, please email me at leaving your details and a phone number if you wish to speak to me and I will call/email you back as soon as possible. In the unlikely event of two people ordering the same item at the same time, I will accept the order from the person who placed the order first and then contact the other potential client to discus a delay in delivery due to making the item to order.


I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your purchase(s) once received, please let me know as soon as possible and I will only be too happy to replace any goods that are unsatisfactory. Items must be returned unworn, in the perfect condition that it was sent in with 14 days of delivery, together with the original packaging. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office and ensure that your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return. On its safe return I will refund the monies, in the same format it was originally paid for. The return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the item is faulty). All items are sent out in good condition but if for some reason the items arrive damaged or faulty I will of course refund or replace the items without cost to you. Please notify me of your intention to return items within 48 hours of receipt and again any refund etc. will be made once the times are returned and received.

Please note: Refunds are not possible on earrings, bespoke or personalised items.
